Our Salon Guarantee


 Steve Hightower Hair Salon & Day Spa stands behind its technicians, services, and products. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, for any reason, we will make every effort to remedy any concerns. Please notify us within 1 week of receiving a color or service and 2 weeks of receiving a Keratin service.


Cancellation Policy


Your appointments are very important to us at Steve Hightower Hair Salon & Day Spa. Your time slot is reserved especially for you.  We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.


 Note: Hair Extension cancellations require a 48 hours’ notice.


     Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.


Steve Hightower Hair Salon & Day Spa’s policies are presented and provided in the tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our team members schedules filled, thus serving everyone better.
