Originally from Nicaragua, Javier Ruiz has been in the hair industry for over fifteen years. He apprenticed for two years to become a Hair Designer. He has been with Steve Hightower Hair Salon since 2014. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Javier is excellent at cutting men’s and women’s hair, and excels in color, finishing, texture, and hair smoothing treatments. He is an expert at hair smoothing and was an educator with Felps haircare and Keratin treatments. Isaac Fenwick Executive Stylist Isaac is a California native who moved to Atlanta with his family when he was fifteen. His family is in the medical field, so he was encouraged to do the same. After attending nursing school at Kennesaw State University, he received his degree in biology. Shortly after, he realized that was not a career for him. Isaac's journey into the beauty industry was not just a career choice but a true calling. His love for the craft was ignited as he watched and assisted his family and friends with their hair. For Isaac, hairdressing is a job and a medium to express his artistic and creative side. His passion, particularly in color, is evident in every strand he touches. Isaac studied at the Aveda Institute in 2022 and was an award-winning student. He then moved to New York City and worked in several salons while pursuing his passion for hair. He worked on photo shoots and at fashion week, and worked behind the chair at one of New York City’s top salons, DOP DOP, alongside the owner, Jo Blackwell, an internationally renowned color expert with L’Oréal Professionnel, for a year before returning to Atlanta. He returned to Atlanta to be close to his family. Isaac is always on top of the current trends when it comes to color and technique. His goal to give each person his undivided attention to talk about and fully understand the desired look each client desires. David Whaley LMT David has been a licensed massage therapist and energy work healer since 1994. He has received awards for his massage and energy healing work from the readers of several local magazines, including Best Massage Therapist in Jezebel and The Atlantan. David is certified in the following Modalities: Sound Therapy, Vibrational Healing, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Oncology Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Assisted Stretching, Table-top Thai Massage, and Bamboo Massage.
