What services do you offer?
Hair services include color, highlights, cuts, and specialized treatments for fine and thinning hair, as well as glamour styles, editorial hair styles, keratin smoothing, permanent waves, hair extensions, wigs, hairpieces (for individuals undergoing chemotherapy and those with fine and thinning hair).
Spa services include Sound Baths, Sound Healing Sessions, Oncology Massage, Facials, Microdermabrasion, Eeep Tissue Massage, Relaxing Massage, Reiki, Energy Work, Waxing, Sugaring, Lash Extensions, Body Treatments, Lash Lifts, and Lash Tinting.

Do I need to have a consultation before service?
For wigs, hair pieces, extensions, and bridal services, consultations are required. Consultation is recommended for color correction and damage repair because the amount of time, product, and assistance needed varies according to your situation.

How can I book appointments?

Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Yes, if it is a shampoo and conditioner for color care. Color care shampoo and conditioner will help protect your investment for longer. Be sure to ask your stylist which products are right for you.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, we sell gift certificates online and gift cards in the salon/spa. Please call for more details (404) 264-9006.

Do you have discounts for package purchases?
Yes, we can tailor a package for groups of 4 or more people that will give 15% Off services. These discounted services must be performed on the same day to receive the discount. You must pay for the entire package in advance to receive package pricing.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We understand Atlanta has crazy traffic; if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the service with the stylist you reserved. Still, please call to notify us of delays, and we will try our best to honor your appointment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services.
Appointments with LESS than 24 hours notice will be charged for the service booked.
Last-minute decisions to cancel a service while in the salon will charged the cost of the booked service.
“No Calls/No Shows” are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost.

Do you have a service guarantee policy?
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please tell us while at the salon, and we will try our best to meet your expectations. Guaranteed corrections must be made within seven days of service.

Where are you located?
We are located at 646 Lindbergh Way NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. We are tucked in the lower level of the Piedmont Plaza shopping center.
Our location is near I-75, I-85, and GA 400 in South Buckhead/ Lindbergh. Our street is a one-way street, is one block long, and runs parallel to Lindbergh Drive on the south side of the block. We are next to the orange barn and across from the Pep Boys parking lot. Piedmont Road is about 50 feet west of our salon.

Where can I park?
Parking is free. We have five spaces at our front door and 15 in our lower parking lot.
If no space is available, you may park behind the cars at the front door, leave your keys at the front desk, and we will park your car for you when a space opens.
A security officer is on duty in our lower parking lot during business hours.

How do I book bridal party hair and makeup?
Call the salon at 404-264-9006 to arrange wedding hair. In-salon pricing differs from on-location services. Subject to availability.
