Client Philosophy

There are two mantras to live by at Steve Hightower's Hair Artists' Studio. The first "Stylists are more than hair dressers, they are image consultants." At Steve's salon, clients do not simply have their hair done and receive spa treatments, they receive fashion advice, make-up advice, hygiene tips etc... The artist's goal at Steve's is to guarantee each client looks beautiful and up-to-date, never allowing a client to fall behind the times. Understanding that each client and their look is direct reflection upon the salon, Steve strives to give his clients the best.

The second is excellent service. Not only is the client provided with a great look, they are provided with a look they can maintain easily, and with a service that is unmatched. If scheduling outside normal business hours is requested or perhaps a stylist is asked to come in on his or her day off, it is done so with the knowledge that a loyal client is a business' most valuable asset. Pampered by an entire team, each client receives incomparable treatment, causing "word-of-mouth" advertising to become one of Steve's greatest assets.

To further encourage this Steve offers customers who provide referrals and pass out business cards rewards, in some cases gift certificates and other times a free visit or service. Even skin care clients receive discounts with repeated attendance. Also, utilizing new software, each client's history and profile is managed, giving stylists an accurate picture of the patron's preferences, re-enforcing first-class service.
